level simmers. SHA has established this system with the hope that employees will be careful as pilots, air traffic control, and flight simmers, and that they can expand their daily frasim life more enjoyed.

By operating this call sign outside the company, we expect that highly accurate flights on YouTube distribution and online flights such as VATSIM will expand the world of flight simulators in the future more actively and soundly.

Share information using Discord

So how do you connect students and leaders? But let’s take advantage of SHA’s Discord server. Discord has a voice channel where participants can share images in real time. In addition, SHA’s Discord server is boosted by volunteer donations, and all participants can share the screen in HD quality. This allows you to see at a glance what the students are doing. In other words, the leader can also monitor each instrument with the participants.

Active use of ATC tools

Air traffic control (hereinafter referred to as ATC) skills are also required for the laying acquisition described later. As I d like to know in the previous event report, you can take and take exams in the ATC service environment using JOINFS and TeamSpeak3.

Trainee

Outline

When you first join SHA, it is “no laying”. As a first step to partic
ipation in the laying system, you will be granted the “Trainee” role by taking the “First Course”. (Some people are given laying of Tranee etc. without the first course, but this is a “no-brainer” grant to those whose skill is confirmed by usual delivery etc. at the start of the system.) )

Flight Basics

In the first course, based on each student’s current maneuvering skills, we will give you advice on the basics of maneuvering that will lead to the acquisition of the next Flight Officer (FO) laying.

Pilot Literacy

SHA stipulates sound and safe operation. Sha Pilots will guide you on the literacy you need and ask for your help in making this world more enjoyable.

Flight Officer

Outline

We will review your aircraft to see if it can be steered properly. If you pass this screening, sha call sign and SHA lipaint will grant distribution permission on YouTube etc.

Details of the examination

  • Taxiing… can you taxi at the right operation and speed?
  • Takeoff… is it taking off with proper operation?
  • Do you understand the meaning of instrument reading and instrument display and use it for maneuvering?
  • Landing… is it landing with proper operation?
  • Pilot literacy: Are you complying with the contents of the first course?

Captain

Outline

There are two types of Captain screening: vision flight method (VFR) and instrument flight method (IFR). If you obtain both qualifications, you will be granted the Seiar Captain role. Both can be obtained by conducting flights including ATC as Captain and passing the syllabus described below. After acquisition, we grant permission to conduct online flights with VATSIM etc. using SHA call signs.

Instructor,Checker

SHA uses the tools described above to take “practice exams” in addition to exams. It is also okay for those who think that “suddenly the examination is a little”. You can experience what is done. In addition, our Instructor and Checker will respond carefully to your questions, flights, and flight consultations. (However, it may not be answered that it is difficult because it is not a profession
al w) And the reception of training using the screen sharing of Discord is also welcome. I hope that I can give advice that will help me improve my skills, such as not possible to touch and go well or want to get better at landing. And if you have acquired Sensor CAP, I hope that you will further improve your skills and knowledge, and you will be active as Anstructor and Checker (Installer, Checker is a recommendation system)

About the examination

Two or more applicants of Instructor or higher (regardless of type) are required to take the exam. This makes sense to avoid abuse of exam frequency. I hope you understand. In addition, if you can take the “mock examination” even if you do not have an acquaintance with Instructor etc., Instructor will also gather as an observer at the venue, so I hope that you will deepen the exchange there.
