To report on my recent situation, the COVID-19 state of emergency has been declared in my prefecture in the countryside, and I spend most of my days in my home time and in a stoic day of self-restraint after 20:00. I think that this is a great flightSim time, but from January 2, emergency parts diagnosis and motherboard replacement according to the failure of the PC occurred, and the tragedy of three weeks hospitalization occurred.
Takahappy has turned into a “flightless bird”, but in order to somehow liven up SHA with a blog, today I will introduce some unexpexted Gear which makes us happy under our FlightSim life.
Chiller handle as Wii Nuncjak
In MSFS2020, P3D, and X-plane, I think that wheel steering when driving on the ground is mostly linked to the rudder. Taxiing with foot operation, it’s pretty hard.
The gear recommended for you is the Nintendo Wii nunchak controller. What? Nunchuk’s connection terminal is not USB! You’re in the thought! It’s okay.
I have an adapter. It is sold at electronics stores and Amazon for around 1,000 yen. Even new products, including nunchak, can be introduced for around 2,000 yen. The main use is,
1) wheel steering when gliding on the ground (this is
really convenient)
2) PTT (Push To Talk) button when doing controller with VATSIM etc. (This is really atmosphere)
Control the steering with the nung chak’s grigly, and assign wheel brakes and viewpoint operations to the buttons. With this investment, I think the ground operation environment will change dramaticly.
MCP as Music Editing Equipment
MCP (autopilot Mode Control Panel) * Airbus controls altitude, direction, speed, etc. with FCU (Flight Control Unit) for Boeing and Airbus FlightSim posted aircraft, but I think that most of them are mouse clicks on the screen. If you buy this unit, commercial products are very expensive and can not be reached. You can get it for less than 10,000 yen. (Please ignore the appearance and take it as something that can be griglied)
This is a MIDI controller, a device for editing music on a pc. It comes with an example grisly, endless encoder! This way
It can be used by bridging this software. (X-plane requires different software but works for free)
